It is sad that this gentleman . . .whose son otherwise loves our products . . . has chosen to give a negative review to a product that he had not yet seen, when the problem clearly was that Australia Post took several weeks to deliver it once it had timely arrived in Australia from the US. I worked with Australia Post to be sure the customer received regular updates on the package's progress, and I invited the gentleman to update his review once his AstroBuddy arrived, which it did several days ago. Alas, he has apparently declined to do so.
